About
My name is Patrick Zeoli and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist. I use evidenced based practices to help people live healthier and happier lives. I believe everyone should be able to eat foods they enjoy and still achieve their health goals. By striving to be the healthiest version of ourselves I believe we can best serve the will of God.

My Story
I grew up in West Windsor, New Jersey. Throughout my childhood I loved spending time outside, playing sports, cooking with my mom and hanging out with my 3 siblings. I became interested in cooking at an early age after becoming a big fan of Emeril and cooking with my mom. I pursued nutrition in college at Immaculata University because I felt it combined my passion for food and for helping others.

After undergrad, I pursued a Masters of Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill because I knew it would help me better understand how nutrition impacts all areas of our health and how our communities can both help, and hurt, our health outcomes.

After grad school I completed several intern rotations in different settings including clinical, community and sports nutrition work. Through this time I found that private practice was the path I wanted to pursue in order to help people make great changes in their lives.

I founded Zeoli Family Nutrition Consulting in 2024 because I want to be able to help people live their healthiest lives. I believe that health is not found in fad diets or prescription drugs, but through consistency and an understanding of what your body needs. Through evidenced based nutrition practices and a commitment to the whole person, I strive to help people be healthier and happier. I believe God calls us all to help and love one another and I hope to use Zeoli Family Nutrition Consulting to serve God and others.
